After 15+ year master planning process, capital campaign, and successful completion of numerous other construction projects and renovations, we were thrilled this spring to break ground on our final capstone project – a state-of-the-art 3,500 square foot Meeting Center – which is scheduled for completion in 2018.
The building will feature:
- 1450 square foot main conference hall
- 385 square foot auxiliary meeting room
- comfortable lounge and restrooms featuring ultra-modern composting toilets
- spacious courtyard and deck with panoramic views of the North Garden
This new conference center will enable OAEC to convene and host transformative work for environmental and social justice for decades to come.
