Cost, Discounts and Cancellation Policy

$1000 is the base cost for individuals, due at the time of registration.

• Early-bird discount - Get $50 off if you register at least 30 days before the start of the course.

• Group discounts – Based on our 25 years of experience in Resilient Community Design, we’ve seen that projects have a far better chance at long-term success if a team is actively engaged in the design processes from the beginning. That’s why we offer generous group discounts for folks who plan to work together on the same land design project. Invite your co-workers, land-mates, friends and family in this bonding experience through a love of the land!

$100 off for each person in your team of two

$200 off for each person in your team of three

$300 off for each person in your team of four or more

• Subsidies for Social-Ecological Justice Movement Groups We have a limited number of subsidized spaces in each course reserved for groups working on land-based projects centered around social, racial, gender and ecological justice, especially by BIPOC-led organizations. Cancellation Refund Policy:

Cancellations 30 days or more before the start of the course will be granted a full refund, minus the credit card processing fee. Within 30 days of the start date, a $100 cancellation charge will apply.
