We are seeking folks with cooking/prep experience or culinary training for prep positions.

  • Willingness and enthusiasm in performing all aspects of the job, including food prep, dishwashing, clean-up, and restocking.

  • Strong social skills including interacting with residents, guests, and other kitchen staff in a professional, cooperative, friendly, and helpful manner.

  • At this time, all OAEC staff, including prep cooks and cleaners, are required to be vaccinated against Covid 19.

These positions are at-will and are booked per event, retreat or course, so weekly hours will vary. Preference will be given to applicants who are willing to do both prep cook and kitchen cleaning shifts.
