Garden Tour during Summer Plant Sale

The public is invited to tour the Occidental Arts and Ecology Center on Saturday, May 3, during the Center's Summer Biodiversity Plant Sale. This will be the second, hour-long tour of the day, beginning at 1 PM. Tour participants will be introduced to the Center's organic gardens, which preserve thousands of varieties of rare and endangered food, medicinal, and ornamental plants. Sturdy shoes, sunblock or hat, and personal water bottles are recommended. A suggested donation of $10 per person is requested. For information call (707) 874-1557 x201.
