Philip Tymon

Philip Tymon is the Administrative Director of OAEC and the General Manager of KOWS 107.3 FM. He is also Chair of the Russian River Community Trust Advisory Committee, and occasionally teaches media and legal issues at Sonoma State University. Phil was previously the General Manager of public radio stations WBAI (New York) and KZYX (Philo, CA) and the Executive Director of the Nuclear Information and Resource Service (Washington, D.C.). He also serves as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Agency (FINRA).
