Jason Berkman

JASON BERKMAN is OAEC’s Kitchen Manager Assistant and Plant Sale Coordinator. His work/play includes the nourishing tradition of procuring seasonal, local, beyond-organic, wild, cultured, fermented foods for the OAEC kitchen and his home. A graduate of UCLA in Environmental Studies and an aspiring permaculturalist, Jason’s education now involves the observation of the land in the Salmon Creek watershed where he resides. He still yearns to be a drummer rockstar.
