Janell Lundgren

Janell Lundgren is OAEC's Resident Kitchen Manager. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she studied dietary approaches from ancient traditions to current trends, including macrobiotics, Ayurveda, raw foods, and the writings of Weston A. Price. As a certified Holistic Health Counselor, Janell ran a private practice in San Diego offering individual health counseling, group courses, farmers’ market tours, lectures, and cooking classes. Janell is pleased to provide knock-your-socks-off meals based on seasonal, local, whole, and organic ingredients.
