James Pelican

James Pelican is the Facilities Manager and Theater Director for OAEC's Arts Program and the Center's locally famous Chautauqua Series. Still standing after six years of wiring buildings back together and keeping the rain on the outside, James maintains his sanity (or loses more of it) by producing the annual Chautauqua Revue and performing in it with his clown troupe, Clowns On A Stick.
