The public is invited to tour the Occidental Arts & Ecology Center on Saturday, October 4. This tour begins at 1 PM and will run approximately 1.5 hrs in duration. Tour participants will be introduced to the Center's organic gardens, which preserve thousands of varieties of rare and endangered food, medicinal, and ornamental plants. Sturdy shoes, brimmed hat or warm layers (depending on weather), and personal water bottles are recommended. A suggested donation of $10 per person is requested.
